The Modern Brunch Workshop
This cooking class will take place at Marisa's kitchen studio in Winnipeg.
This hands-on workshop is for anyone wanting to put on an elegant brunch for family or friends. We will introduce classic dishes with updated twists - Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Berry Syrup, Eggs Benedict with Charred Tomatoes, Pork Patties with Herb Dressing, Potato Cakes with Whipped Cream and finally, a signature Cocktail.
We will begin the morning with freshly brewed coffee and sweet rolls. Marisa will demonstrate a few cooking techniques and explain the dishes to be prepared. Guests will then don aprons and move to their workstation to prepare brunch.
After the dishes have been prepared, we can then photograph our beautifully set table which has been styled by Marisa. After the photo session, we'll of course sit down together in Marisa's lovely dining room to enjoy our delicious creations.
