Tuscan Life Style Retreat Fall 2024

We will visit local farmers and artisans,, participate in a fresh pasta cooking season, Learn to capture the beauty with our camera and become a better visual storyteller. We will work on composition, fundamentals of food styling and the use of light. We will harvest olives, forage for mushrooms with a certified guide and his canine company, visit local farmers. and enjoy the treasures of Tuscany in the fall.

Cooking :: this workshop is visual storytelling through photography and will hone our photography skills, challenging our eye to slow down. We´ll have hands-on styling and photography sessions, as well as post-production in Lightroom

POST-PRODUCTION-We will work on post-editing, and how to use social media to reach potential clients, further our work, and to be able

Mornings begin with breakfast and strong Italian coffee served in the glass-enclosed sunroom at Valdirose. Our evenings will end with cocktails in the secluded patio and dinner among the olive groves.

Accommodation: Private accommodations have been arranged at Valdirose, an 18th century home turned in a family-run bed & breakfast.

This will also be our home base for our cooking sessions, food styling and photography but we will travel to several tiny medieval villages.

This is a small, intimate workshop.

Cancellation policy: Due to logistics, the people involved and hotel cancellation policies, this is a non-refundable retreat.
